| The Sephardi Synagogue opened its doors on the 23rd of September 1962. Previous to this was the laying of the foundation stone on the 15th of July 1962. It was then renovated from 1999 to 2000. Years down the track it is still the vibrant home of the Sephardi Community in Sydney today.
